Good-bye and Hello!

Yes, I am leaving this blog. I'm going to leave it up, but not post anymore. It's too annoying to find time to write a paragraph about stuff, so I made a new blog called I Spy. On that one, I will post pictures of anything, but not write about it. So, please please please come by and leave comments, I will be posting on that one way more than on this one!

Oreo

Well, if any of you know my moms blog, then you probably saw this picture before, but since my camera was sent in to get fixed becasue it had a crack in it, and my sister won't let me use hers, I 'stole' this one from my mom. =] Oreo gets let out everyday for a few hours to free graze on our lawn. He knows that if he comes to our door he is guaranteed to get a treat or two or three or five...varying from teddy grahams to graham crackers to hard bread to apples, to waffle. haha (he really has eaten waffle, and liked it. =] ) So now whenever we let him our now he makes a beeline to the front door, and usually its open to let some fresh air in so we can all see him with his ears perked and begging for food. =]

Camp

This post is long overdue, but I still decided to share it. These are from camp... I rode a horse named Grappa, aka the best horse ever! All my tent-mates were amazing and just all in all, camp is amazing. The first lesson with Grappa (we rode twice a day) he was really bad, and stuborn. I could barely get him to trot. But, all the other lessons, once he learned he couldn't get away with it, he was fantastic. Like, AWESOME. He would do whatever I asked, and he's also an AMAZING jumper. So, it was perfect. BUT, the last time I rode him, when my dad was watching, it was like we presses Rewind to the first lesson. It was trying to get a rock to jump. He didn't pay any attention to my leg or anything. It was really really disappointing. We were going to jump "the course" for the demo, which was like 10 jumps in a course that were all really high and there were triples and everything, but 8 classes wanted to do it for the demo, and only 3 could, so our group wasn't picked. SO, we had to do a stupid cavaletti course, which everyone was mad about. But, we were able to go into the jump course ring and jump "the wall." That's the third picture up there. ^^ I look really weird, because I could barely get him over it, it was so hard. I was exhausted and dissapointed. My good-byes were really sad, I didn't want to go. I had made such awesome friends. And Grappa. I rode Grappa two years ago at camp too, he's just so cool.

This is Mirabel, a stray who comes to my dad's house everyday for her food, which she gets. Obviously, she's had a home before because she's not scared of people, she loves them! Look at the first picture, of me petting her, she loves it! It's also obvious that she doesn't have one anymore. She's skinny, dirty, and untaken care of. I think she is the prettiest cat ever. Not only because she is all white and long haired but because of her eyes. Enlarge the pictures to see better!!!!!! Aren't they gorgeous? Omg, I love them so much. She is just soo pretty, I can't believe she doesn't have a home.. :[
My cousin named her Mirabel. I think it suites her, cuz its like fancyish or proper, and she is like fancy.

Editing Experiment

So. I found this site, picnik.com and you can edit and add stuff to your photos! so, i took these two photos of myself and played around with the things. I am in looovee with the first one. I actually don't really know why, maybe cuz it matches so well or something, but I really like it. I did 'focal blur' so only my face is not blurred and then i put that frame on and then i wrote woahhhh. lol.
The next one I put the frame and 2 hearts, trying to match the colors. I also cropped it first from a different picture. They also have a really good red-eye removal tool, that makes it look real. Except if you have blue eyes, because it's always brown, but can you even get red eye with blue eyes...?

well, i didn't know waht to post, so i figured I'd show you these. Hope it wasn't boring or confusing.

I looovvveeee big dogs. Well, and little dogs. All kind of dogs, really. But big dogs are just so cool. So, when I'm older I want to get big dogs. A Newfoundland named Sailor,-which I got from my favorite children's book about a Newfoundland named Sailor-a Bernese Mountain Dog named Ooby, because they are really pretty dogs and I like that name, and the newest addition is an Irish Wolfhound. See, our neighbors have 2 Jack Russels and just got an Irish Wolfhound named Gunner. He is about 6 months old and he's HUGEEEEE. But, he is sooo sweet, and so cute!! He's not even full grown yet! I don't know a name for an Irish Wolfhound yet...

So, I just wanted to share this, and I have no clue if it will really happen, but right now, I hope so. :]

On July 1st, I went up to Canandaigua to my cousin's house for 9 days. I got back 2 days ago. I didn't put any pictures of Melissa's evaluations, because she already did. We also went to Melissa's brother's, -another one of my cousin's-house for a night to see where he lived and stuff. He has 4 dogs and 4 horses, one being a foal named Lightning. :] It was really fun! I took a bunch of pictures and they turned out pretty well. You've probably seen the horse quite a few times ;] on the first picture. That's Daisy, Melissa's horse. And the last picture is one of their chickens in the nesting box. I have some other random pictures that I like of flowers and clouds and stuff which I'm gonna post altogether tomorrow or some time.

Nights in the Barn

We spent two nights in the barn this week. This is a picture taken by my aunt of us in the sleeping bags on the hay. It was petty warm in there, but we had a big fan and light blankets, so it was okay. We played Uno and Mancala, snacked on candy and laughed A LOT. haha

This is a really weird post. It's also random. Also, there's no pictures.

See, last night my cousin and I slept in her barn on the hay with sleeping bags. We had done it last summer too. Well this morning I woke up, just as the sun was coming up. I didn't know what time it was because the clock was wrong. I took a bunch of pictures of Daisy, my cousin's horse, becasue she was sleeping lying down. One of the barn cats then cuddled up with me also and demanded petting. ;] He started purring like a lawn mower. haha. After taking pictures, I laid down again trying to sleep. But, there were a couple things keeping me from that. Because, when something is really quiet, the sounds you do hear are like really loud.

1. Daisy's breathing
2. Daisy's occasional groaning
3. The lawn mower (AKA the cat)
4. The birds

The birds were actually pretty nice and I tried to film their calls, but it didn't come out. There was one bird that just wouldn't stop calling to anotehr bird, and like I said before, since it was all pretty much all quiet, they seemed really loud.

Well, it would have been better if I had put a video up, but I tried, and you couldn't hear anything. So, I know this post was weird and random, but I hoped you weren't too bored. :]

She's 15 by the way. Right now, she's visiting a friend in upstate New York. I am in upstate New York right now also, but I made this post while I was still home so that I can post while I'm here. I'm taking lots of pictures, so when I get back, I'm gonna have a couple of upstate posts!

I don't know if you remember, but I did a post on my friend, Michaela, for her birthday. I told you she had gotten a horse for her birthday, named Indigo, and that I didn't have pictures yet. Well, I have had them for awhile, and just remembered them. The pictures are of her horse. Unfortunately, she broke her leg recently and couldn't ride him for a long time. It's still broken, but soon she'll be able to ride again. Before breaking her leg, I came with her to the place where her horse is boarded and took pictures and stuff. She let me get on for a little while and ride, which you can see on the last picture. My face isn't very nice, I know, but it was the best one I had of me riding him. Don't you love the lead rope and halter? I got them for her, the halter was for her birthday, and the lead rope was a "Congratulations on getting a horse" gift. Well, hope you like the pictures!

The New Edition: Eddie!

Eddie came today!! He is 3 years old, a fatty ;], but nice and mellow. He was really confused when he first came and was super tired but was restless. Then finally he slept a little. After awhile we took the dogs out for a walk. He really liked it! Then he slept more and more. He likes to charge for the driveway when we go out with him on the leash, so we have to take him out on the leash for a few days.
The lighting and stuff was really bad so the pictures never came out very well, so I took a video of him pacing around after the walk. He is so cute! He likes the horses smell I guess because he was rolling in one of the fly masks and in their paddock down in the woods. It was so funny. I think he seems way more settled now than before. He's sleeping downstairs right now. Well, it is 11:16pm...I was watching a movie... haha. He jumped up onto the couch and was snuggling next to me!! He's so cute, I love it.
Lady is, like always, jealous of him becasue he's getting so much attention. But they pretty much ignore each other. In the video, you can tell by her face and stuff that she's curious. Well, I hope the short video shows you at least a little bit!

hmm...i would say Sara Greun(or is it Gruen) or Meg Cabot. Sara Greun has 2 books, Riding Lessons and Flying Changes, and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! All horselovers out there, those books are a MUST!! And Meg Cabot just has cool, interesting and funny stories that I really like.

hm...i have no clue. maybe like mitzi, it was also Beverly Clearly, I read a lot of her Ramona books. I also loved the Junie B. Jones books, I forget who wrote them though...

Dominican Republic

This is a picture of the AMAZING sand on Paradise Island. The island was sooo small, it took 3 minutes to walk all around it, but the water was crystal clear and the sand was soo great. soft and just awesome! We went snorkeling in the water and saw all the beautiful fish. It really was paradise! (enlarge the picture, it's really cool!!)

This is the resort's beach. SOO nice also! Almost every night we would go in the dark on the beach and feel the water and run or play tag and take pictures. Gosh, now I miss it so much! :)

This is just a little walkway thing right by our apartment house thing. It was cool, some of the trees grew together!

I just realized, whle going through my pictures, that I never put pictures from when we went to the Dominican Republic up. These are just 3 of them! Man, now I miss it soo much there! It was soo nice!

You can't read what I wrote up there^^(well you can if you enlarge the picture), but it said, "I know you can't see her head or anything, but this was her side. I put it on here to give you an idea of her colors."

Nelli was my aunt's dog. She got her here while visiting in Easton at the animal shelter after being there for 7 months. She moved her back to Germany, and then a few years later, BACK to CT! Nelli had a great life after those shelter months, walked every day, played with Lady and Boomer, and a family that loved her. She was scared of almost everything, toasters, thunder, cameras, men, people she didn't know, A LOT of things. So, being afraid of cameras, pictures are limited. And, unfortunately, the ones I have aren't very good. She was put down today because of her messed up-ness, and she also had "dog Alzheimer's." She would walk around the house for minutes, sometimes even half hours! She'll be better off out there. She was a pretty girl and sweet when you got to know her.

Let her soul rest peacefully. :'(

Well, this was awhile ago, but we braided the horse's mains and then took them out 3 days later. The were all curly, it was so cute. Well, sorry about the horse posts and the long time between posts.

Spring Day with the Horses

This was last Saturday, right before we took the electric fence pasture down and moved it into the backyard. We finished it yesterday and now we just need a battery for it. It's been so warm lately! But the night before last, it rained and now their paddock is all muddy. I hate it. And it was also the day after everything had dried from the last rain. grrrr.

Well, the horses are good! :) Except, the pony is a brat towards Oreo. He's bit him 3 times, and one of the times, it's pretty big. Yesterday, he tried to kick him while Carina was leading him out and Oreo lurched forward to get away, making Carina slam into the gate and now Carina has a cut too. *sigh*

Well, I'll be posting again soon. I have a random/weird post coming up about today, but I dunno if I'll post it today. So, keep checking back!

Oreo's coming back!

Oreo will probably be coming back to our house in end of April/beginning of May-ish! I'm so excited. It'll be better because my mom and sister won't have to bring me to the barn everyday. Also, I'm excited because:

1. it's going to be warm, i can go out in a t-shirt and shorts
2. we're going to get a pony for his company
3. it doesn't get dark until late

The electric fence pasture ( which you can see in the picture^^) will be going in our backyard in our woodsy part, past the bridge. Man, I am soo excited!! Okay, well, I'll keep you posted!!

Hi Everyone!
Wow, it's been a long time and my friend, Michaela was over today and reminded me of that.

Oreo has moved to a different place. About 10 minutes from here. There was one boarder there who is also pretty much the barn manager and she has an almost 20-year old horse named Tiger. Something is wrong with his back legs so he cannot be ridden.
But anyway, Oreo and him are already best friends. We moved him there on Tuesday. And on Wednesday, they didn't want to be separated at all! It's really good for Oreo. There is sooooooooooo much room for him to walk/run around in. There's even a trail-thing in the back. It's awesome. You can go cantering forever. lol. I have some pics of my friend cantering him, but I have to upload them. I'm going again tomorrow to ride.
They also have about 6 goats, and 2 sheep. I have pictures of them too, laying down and jumping up on stall doors.... I only know some of their names. I'll tell them to you when I post pictures. My favorite is called Faith. But I call her Chubby cuz shes short and fat. haha

By the way, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I know, it's pretty late, but I hope your holidays were great! hey, that rhymed!
Oh, I just remembered, there's also a cat at the barn that looks a little like my cat, Cleo and his name is Senor Gato which means Mr. Cat is spanish but we (me and lynn) just call him Senor.

Beg-ables

Beg-ables --makes app. 25 treats

1/2 cup of milk

1 egg

2 tbs of peanut butter

1 table spoon of water

pinch of salt

1 1/4 cup flour

Pre heat oven to 350'F/

Mix the milk, peanut butter, salt, water and egg in a bowl.

Stir with a whisk.

Then add the flour. Stir until thick.

Using hands to make dough into a ball.

Then make 1 inch wide balls with the dough and place on a pan an inch apart.

Flatten them a little with your fingers.

Leave in the oven for about 30 minutes.

You may want to cut one in half to see if they are done. The middle should be a little soft. Enjoy!

Presents for the horsies....

These are two things that I got for the horses. The lead rope is Christmas colors, red, green and white and the apple wasn't gonna be for Christmas, but I have to get something to put on the ceiling of the run-in stall to hang it up first. There's a hole at the bottom of it and if you smell it, it smells like apple. Well, its supposed too...lol

Chip is leaving on the weekend because the owner of Pee Wee wants him back(cuz hes on free lease, remember) because he said a lot of people want a pony for Christmas. That's not very good for future-Chip owners, cuz he isn't a very good pony. He's really stubborn and he always backs up all the time. It is soo not good for people who arent very experienced and wont work with him. (im not bragging...im just saying...)

So, anyway, just a quick post.

OK, I'm taking a break from horses, cuz it's always the topic of my post so, today I'm gonna talk about jelly beans. I love jelly beans but not just any jelly beans, JELLY BELLY jelly beans!!!!! They have over 50 flavors!! If you enlarge the picture of the jelly bellys by clicking on it, you can see the flavors and the ones with arrows pointing towards them are my favorite. I forgot one, it's peach. (the last row in the middle.

The first picture is mellimouse eating jelly bellys out of a bowl. It looks like she's keeping them all to herself and won't let you touch them. haha.

Off we went

So, On Sunday, we went on a trail ride. In the previous post, I explained with whom and stuff. So, I rode Oreo with a bareback pad. It was great! We were always behind, cuz he's old and slower, but he tried so hard to go fast and catch up. And up hills, he always wanted o trot, so I let him. It was really bouncy and painful. Especially on his skinny back. At the end of the trail, we rode around the big field they have there. Well, I didn't. Oreo was too tired. But then, our neighbor said I should canter him a few strides. so, i did it was so fun. But then Oreo was like dead tired. We had to take two trips with a trailer, so that our neighbors could bring their horses. So, first we brought Chip and Oreo, and then Bianca and I stayed and let them graze while Carina went to get a horse from our neighbor's friends. So, then when they got their horses to the trail, and tacked up we went. Then we did the same going home. Carina brought the horse back, Bianca and I stayed until the trailer came back. That's when we were lying down next to the horses, and I got on with one lead rope and halter on Oreo. He's a good boy. He'll let you do anything.

Welcome Chip!!

Actually, we got him a week and a day ago. Sorry, I haven't posted or anything. His name is Chip. I hate that name, but we don't know a good one. Any suggestions? Anyway, he's about 6 or 7. We brought Cody back to Pee Wee horse farm. It was so sad. I didn't want to do it but we had no choice. He was dangerous on the ground and 2 different vets came out to vaccinate him so that we could sell him, but he reared and wanted to charge them. So, off he went the next day and now we have a free lease on this pony named Chip. We can give him back anytime, but we have to give him back in the summer. Or we can buy him if we want for a set price. I know everyone, another horse!! I'm sorry but we're going through finding the right horse. Chip is really spoiled from his previous owner. He stops and backs up if he wants to out of the blue while you're riding or lunging and he doesn't like riding away from other horses, like Oreo. He starts to turn in circles and stuff. They get along pretty well. Sometimes Oreo tries to nip him or something but most of time they get along. We all went on a trail ride today. (me, my 2 sisters, a woman and her husband from down the road, and one of their friends) It was sooooo fun!! I was bareback on Oreo, Bianca on Chip, Carina on one of the friend's horses, and the people down the road rode their horses. The picture up there^^ is actually from the trail ride today. My dad took it. He came to take pictures. I 'll post more pictures tomorrow! And I have so many pictures on my camera that I haven't uploaded yet form like the day we got him and when he was lying down in the pasture. ( I'll also post that)

Our first pet, a little old cat named Cupcake, hasn't been seen for 2 weeks, give or take. She looked like a kitten but she was 11. Gray and white. We don't know what happened to her. Maybe eaten by a coyote or hawk. Now she's gone. She was very shy, but liked my mom very much.

This is a video of Oreo being quite talkative. He does this whenever he s away from Cody. He neighs sooo much!! It's cute though. Sorry I didn't post yesterday, my internet wasn't working. Ugh. My mom said we might have some snow showers/flurries tomorrow but I just checked the internet weather forecast and it didn't say anything about snow. Good. I hate snow. Why? Because 1. You can't ride and 2. It's cold and 3. It's cold and 4. It makes me sick just thinking about it and 5. It's cold. So anyway, here's Oreo:

Cody chasing him away^^

These are some pictures of Oreo from yesterday. LOOK HOW SKINNY HE IS!!! you can't even tell that much on pictures, but you should see him! And look at all those burs in his mane and forelock. (hair between ears) He even had some in his ears! Now he's okay though. Michaela (my friend) was over and we both got on him even though he's so skinny and took one lap around the front yard without a saddle on. We did it again today, but for longer. It was sooo fun!! I can't wait until he gains more wait! Well, it's there dinner time now. Bye!!

NEW HORSE!!! AGAIN!!!

I got a new horse!! I still have Cody, but we had someone interested in him, but now she doesn't have room for him anymore. His name is Milk's Favorite Cookie (aka. Oreo) and he's about 23, which is pretty old for a horse. He is soo skinny!! I have pictures of him without his blanket on and his backbone is sticking up SOOOO much. I'll post them soon. He is the sweetest thing though. He never puts his ears back and is soo friendly. He used to be a school horse and taught many people how to ride. We got him at Pee Wee also. They were going to send him to slaughter after being such a good boy all his life. It's so mean. Once he gets fatter, I will be able to walk and trot him around our property. I am soo excited!! I can't wait. Cody is always chasing him around and trying to bite him and stuff. But he defends himself well. They'll get along after awhile.

I did a photo shoot of my friend, Liz the day after a dance and she put on her dress and I took some pictures. It was REALLY cold outside when we went out for the pictures but we survived. haha. Hey!! We had this guy come to build a 3-wall with a roof run-in shed. BUT, this guy put a floor in and like 4 walls and its nice and all but if Cody is in there most of time in the winter, the floor will rot and we'll have to get a permit for it, and shavings and so my mom is going to tell him he should take the floor out. Hey!! Today I got back from our 2 night-2 and 1/2 day vacation!! We went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Poconos, Pennsylvania. It was the awesome-st thing ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh, you can not even believe how much fun it was. It has an indoor water park that we went to everyday with the best slides ever!! Ugh, I miss it so much already. :-(
And, I forgot my camera at school because I was taking pictures for Yearbook Club, which I'm in...and only Bianca and Carina brought theirs, but they didnt take any pictures. NOT ONE!!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so mad at myself. I miss it so much already. It was amazing. Well, more info later, I have to go feed Cody, it's his dinner time. Bye!!

Okay, before you watch the video, you need to know that when I told you about my grandpa and a friend/a person who mows the lawn at the restaurant. That friend/lawn mower(ha ha..lawn mower, I'm so mean) is the same person. Not that you think there are 3 people but you only see two.

We are getting a new fence so right now Cody sleeps in the Electric Fence pasture. He likes it here much better than where he was at Pee Wee. I wish we could save all the horses from Pee Wee, but we can't, so I hope others do save. My friend, Michaela, wants to get a horse, and she wants to save one from Pee Wee. They also have good, trained horses for sale, not just untrained horses. Well, I was being told that I should put up a video so now I did. It's sorta stupid, but what the heck, at least you see what's going on! Later I'll post a picture of the shed, which is where I keep all my horsie stuff. So long!!

Sleeping in the Sun

Hi!! Okay, I'm back!!! Cody is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rode him again today bareback trotting too. It was so fun! He is a really good boy and is pretty much bomb-proof. In the pictures from yesterday there is a woman and a man. They live a road away with 2 horses also from Pee Wee. I hate that place. ugh. Anyway, my mom asked if they could help us with our electric fence that we now newly have so they came over and she gave me a bunch of tips and stuff. (and fixed the fence...lol) And she helped me get on him. (he was already ridden a few times by little people who didn't know how to ride a horse before I got him) Also, he never learned or was never taught how to pick up his back hooves so she gave me this REALLY good tip about how to make it easier and we practiced it today and yesterday. (Melissa-she's sort of like Jean to you...) She said I could come over anytime and ride with her on the trails or just see her horses and stuff. YAY! AND, Hilda, our general manager at our restaurant was at some store and she got a western saddle for free for Tobias. The guy said she could have it for free if he could have some Pork Shanks at our Oktoberfest which is in 4 days!!! OOH!!! I am sooo excited for the Oktoberfest!! Melissa and I are going to be selling german things. So, just now I put Cody in the E.F. paddock(Electric Fence) and first he grazed a little but then I looked out the window and he was lying down!! It was sooo cute. He also sleeps lying down in his regular pasture. I read that a horse only lies down to sleep if it feels safe, so apparently, he does!! lol He gets out of his pasture at night though. The first night and last night he did, but tomorrow Kevin(a guy who mows the lawn at our restaurant sometimes and stuff) is putting up his real fence. more info later!!

This is my sister talking. Pee Wee is the farm we got him from. They don't take good care of their horses. My sister calls me a loser in the video...also, she turned the camera so its crooked for awhile. So, turn your heads!! Pee Wee is about 3 roads away from us and they walked him from there to our house.
We cut his mane and tail and everything, we also gave him a bath. He's a really good boy. I have to work with him though on some stuff...He can't be ridden yet either. More info and pics when I have more time!! Sorry!

Today, Carina and Bianca set up my dad's tent and tonight they are going to sleep in it. We all don't want school to start....ugh. It starts on Wednesday. On one hand, I'm excited because I can see all the people again, and meet the teachers, but after the first week of school or so, I'm going to be wishing it was still summer. In the first picture, you can see our cat, Maxi, sneaking around the corner. haha. In the second, he's relaxing in the wet grass. He is so funny.

That is Reba!! The miniature horse. In the first video, she is jumping with me. There is sound in both of them, so turn up your volume!! The second video, is my cousin, Melissa showing what Reba can do. The pivot is only half of one because she messed up, and isn't very good at it since she stopped showing. Hope you enjoy! That's the mini. Jax. He's really cool. He's a stallion and has a lot of spunk. You can see in the video, he rears and bucks. haha. He hs an "elvis" look sort of. He is so much fun!! I love him. Hey! The video is of the miniature horse, Jewel being lounged. It is really hard to make her canter so you only see snippets of her cantering. At one point she bucks a little... Down the road from Melissa are 3 miniature ponies which Melissa(my cousin) is allowed to go to whenever she wants. They are so much fun!! Jewel and Reba are mares, and Jax is a stallion. They used to go in Miniature Horse shows with the owner's daughter, but the daughter is now in college,(I think...) and doesn't have time for them anymore. Jewel is my favorite. She is fat, lazy and loves to eat! haha. She is very overweight. She makes snorting sounds sometimes when she eats. She is so funny! Reba can even jump!! It is so much fun to jump her, she likes to race at it and after it, but it is still fun. We took Jewel and Jax , out onto a field and lounged them. Jewel can barely canter and gets tired very fast. Jax is a different story...he will start bucking and rearing on the lounge, but most of the time he is fine. I might put up some videos of them...

Hey!! Those pictures are of Daisy, and I am in the second one. Daisy is Melissa's horse, and Melissa even has a blog on her.
She seems like she is a grumpy mean horse, because she always has her ears back, but she is really nice and is much better behaved then she was when Melissa had first gotten her. Chickens!!

Hey! I was in upstate NY, for 10 days or so, at my cousin's house. She has a horse, and 10 chickens, (and a cat) all on her property! They have a little barn and a nice big chicken coop. You can see her blog, on her horse by clicking here. And while you're at it, you can visit my new blog: the things i see...
All the chickens are girls. They got them in the mail wen they were tiny babies, and had them in their laundry room with a heat lamp in a big box thing that my uncle built. The white chicken with little brown flecks that you can see in every picture is Bibby. The black (with a little brown) chicken in every picture is Speedy. The other ones in the pictures, I can't really tell who they are... maybe Gudl or mellimouse can tell me on a comment!! :-)

By the way, all my posts for a couple days...or weeks, are going to be NY pictures!! I took 234 pics./videos all together! hehe

My last visit to my horse

This is my former horse. I took these pictures on my last visit to her. My mom surprised us (me and Carina(my sister)) on Oct. 23. with her. Her show name is Amazing Grace, but her barn name is Dee. She is 16hh and 17yrs. old. She had no vices, and loved all people. I didn't want to sell her, but we had to, the owner of the place where she was boarded took her. She had worms recently and became really skinny. She still is. She is a great horse, and I miss her sooo much!! I'll put better pictures of her up soon. All the ones I wanted to put on were all rotated the wrong way, and I had no time to fix them. Right now, I am in upstate NY at my cousin's house. She has her own horse, Daisy, which you can see here. When I get back home, I'll post lots and lots of pictures!! KEEP COMMENTING!!!!!

Hey! That's Josie!^^ She's here to help mom around the house and work at the restaurant. She's really cool. She's so much fun and always makes you laugh. She's leaving on August 21 though. Only about 25 more days. :'-(
I really don't want her to go. She doesn't want to go either. We keep joking about how she should marry Tomas (her boyfriend-she met him at the restaurant, he works in the kitchen) and move here. Haha. I really wish she could stay longer.

Well, there you see it, Maxi-Then and Now. Maxi used to look sort of demented. lol. His head, ears and eyes were huge but his body was tiny! Now he looks normal, and is always curled up somewhere. He got neutered a few days ago. He was very tired when we picked him up, and wasn't allowed to go outside for 2 days. He's very cute and absolutely loves when I pet him. He's so adorable. Hey!! That's me up there^^( I took that yesterday, actually) with my cat, Cleo. We got her at Petsmart a few years ago... She eats, and sleeps in my room. Behind my bed is a "Cat Corner" and there she has a food bowl, water bowl, toy, and 2 beds. She only uses the colorful bed, and Mr.Bean (our other cat) uses the brown one. All the cats eat back there. ( We have four cats by the way, Cleo, Mr. Bean, Cupcake, and Maxi.) The Cat Corner pictures will come tomorrow. :-)

Hey Guys! It's me, Anika. I got a blog because so many times I do something or take a picture of something and think, "This would be perfect for a blog!" So, here I am, with my new blog, I wonder how long I'll have it, because I delete blogs that I start a lot. The picture up there^^ is me. lol. There's better ones, I promise!
